Cancellation Due to Damage or Defect

If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition:

  • The issue must be reported to the delivery personnel immediately
  • A formal complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via our customer support email or helpline
  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all products (especially fragile, glass, or high-value items)
  • The video must clearly show:
    • Package condition before opening
    • The product during unboxing
    • Date and time stamp

Assessment of the reported issue will be completed within 48 hours. If validated, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, as deemed appropriate by Adhunika Furnitures.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Cancellation Due to Incorrect Product

If an incorrect product is delivered:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video with date and time stamp is mandatory

Upon verification, the correct product will be delivered and the incorrect item will be collected, or an alternative resolution will be provided.

Change of Mind / Requirement

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
  • If an order is cancelled after 24 hours, a 30% cancellation charge will be deducted towards material procurement, production planning, labor, and administrative expenses
  • Orders that have already been dispatched or custom-processed may not be eligible for cancellation

Return & Refund Policy

  • All return or replacement requests are subject to successful pickup of the product from the customer’s location
  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection

Refund Timeline & Mode

  • Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days post verification
  • Refunds may be issued via NEFT, original payment method, or wallet credit
  • Payment gateway or bank processing charges may be deducted where applicable

Unboxing Video Requirement

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products:

  • A clear unboxing video with date and time stamp is mandatory
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories and packaging. Products used beyond reasonable inspection may not be accepted.

Certain items such as custom-made or personalized furniture may be non-returnable. Such exclusions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Any delay in reporting delivery-related issues beyond 24 hours may affect eligibility for return or refund.

Warranty Policy

Selected furniture products from Adhunika Furnitures come with a 12-month limited warranty, covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Workmanship issues under normal household usage

Warranty coverage, duration, and eligibility may vary by product.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Natural wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, cuts, or damages due to misuse or rough handling
  • Exposure to sunlight, moisture, liquids, or harsh chemicals
  • Unauthorized installation, repairs, or modifications
  • Seasonal expansion or contraction of solid wood
  • Upholstery fabric wear, finish, or polish fading
  • Dimensional variation up to 2 inches or floor unevenness up to 5 mm
  • Accidental damage, including impact, drops, or collisions
  • Damage caused by pets or children
  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture
  • Neglect or improper maintenance

Warranty becomes void if the product is moved from its original delivery address.

Warranty Claims

  • Claims must be raised within the warranty period via email or customer support
  • A valid purchase invoice and a clear unboxing / defect video are mandatory
  • Claims without valid evidence will not be entertained

Resolution will be provided in the form of repair, replacement, or refund based on inspection.

Delivery Policy

  • Standard delivery timeline: 10–25 business days, depending on product and location
  • Free delivery applies only to the first delivery attempt
  • Missed deliveries may attract additional visiting or re-delivery charges
  • Deliveries beyond ground floor may incur extra charges if no service lift is available
  • Weekend or time-specific deliveries may attract additional charges
  • Once the product reaches the local delivery hub, delivery must be accepted within 5 days; storage charges may apply thereafter

Customers must record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. Claims without valid video evidence will not be accepted.
