Order Confirmation & Delivery
Once an order is placed, an order confirmation and summary will be shared with the customer. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery is subject to serviceable pin codes and product availability. Delays caused by transportation issues, natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure events are beyond our control and are not eligible for compensation.
Installation Services
Installation services are available for selected products and may be carried out by authorized technicians after delivery.
Any self-installation, third-party installation, or unauthorized modification of the product may void applicable warranty coverage.
Warranty Terms
Adhunika Furnitures provides limited warranties against manufacturing defects. Warranty duration and coverage vary by product.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

- Incorrect installation or self-assembly
- Exposure to moisture, water, or extreme conditions
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
To raise a warranty claim, the customer must:
- Provide a valid purchase invoice
- Submit clear photos and videos highlighting the defect
Upon inspection, resolution will be provided in the form of repair, replacement, or refund, at the sole discretion of Adhunika Furnitures.
Transit Damage Policy
Since furniture products are delivered in finished or semi-finished condition, transit damage claims will be accepted only if the following process is strictly followed:
- The customer must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video at the time of delivery
- The video must clearly show:
- Package condition before opening
- The unboxing process
- The product from all angles
- The date and time of recording
- Any visible damage must be reported to Adhunika Furnitures within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Upon verification, resolution will be provided in the form of repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the extent of damage.
Return & Refund Policy
All return or replacement requests are subject to successful pickup of the product from the customer’s location.
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.
- Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after verification
- Refunds may be issued via NEFT, original payment method, or wallet credit
- Payment gateway or bank processing charges may be deducted where applicable
Unboxing Video Requirement
For products received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, a clear unboxing video showing the product being opened—along with date and time stamp—is mandatory.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories and packaging. Products used beyond reasonable inspection may not be eligible for return.
Custom-made or personalized products may be non-returnable. Such exclusions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Any delay in reporting damage or defects beyond 24 hours of delivery may impact eligibility for return or refund.
Cancellation Due to Damage or Defect
If a product is received in damaged or defective condition:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video is mandatory for claim validation
- The video must clearly show the product, date, and time
Assessment will be completed within 48 hours of receiving the complaint. Based on verification, Adhunika Furnitures will offer repair, replacement, or refund, as deemed appropriate.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Cancellation Due to Incorrect Product
If an incorrect product is delivered:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- A clear unboxing video with date and time stamp is mandatory
Upon verification, the correct product will be delivered and the incorrect item collected, or an alternative resolution will be provided.
Offers, Coupons & Credits
All promotional offers, coupon codes, and wallet credits are governed by specific terms and conditions. These benefits cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Misuse, fraud, or abuse of offers may result in order cancellation or suspension of services.
Limitation of Liability
Adhunika Furnitures shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from:

- Delivery or order processing delays
